It is fermented as a premium wine then carefully dealcoholized through advanced vacuum distillation under low pressure, a process designed to retain the original flavors protecting the delicate aromas and flavors that can be found in wine while gently reducing the alcohol content. It’s crafted from 100% Airen grown in the best soils of La Mancha.
