Girondin is a premium dealcoholized wine with 0.5% ABV. It is fermented as a premium wine then carefully dealcoholized through advanced vacuum distillation under low pressure, a process designed to retain the original flavors protecting the delicate aromas and flavors that can be found in wine while gently reducing the alcohol content. It’s crafted from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in the best soil of Bordeaux.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Deep ruby with garnet highlights.
Nose: Expressive aromas of blackcurrant, ripe cherry, and plum, layered with subtle notes of cedar, dried herbs, and gentle spice.
Palate: Smooth and well-balanced, showcasing dark berry flavors and a touch of earthiness.
Finish: Very long and persistent, with lingering notes of dark fruit, gentle spice, and refined savory nuances.
