PureZero

PureZero is a premium dealcoholized wine with 0.5% ABV. It is fermented as a premium wine then carefully dealcoholized through advanced vacuum distillation under low pressure, a process designed to retain the original flavors protecting the delicate aromas and flavors that can be found in wine while gently reducing the alcohol content. It’s crafted from 100% Airen grown in the best soils of La Mancha.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale straw with bright, silvery reflections.

Nose: Fresh and delicate aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus peel, with subtle floral notes and a hint of almond.

Palate: Light to medium-bodied and refreshing, offering crisp orchard fruit flavors balanced by gentle acidity. The texture is smooth and clean, with a soft mineral edge reflecting Airén’s natural freshness.

Finish: Clean and persistent, with lingering citrus and delicate floral nuances.
