PureZero

PureZero is a premium dealcoholized wine with 0.5% ABV. It is fermented as a premium wine then carefully dealcoholized through advanced vacuum distillation under low pressure, a process designed to retain the original flavors protecting the delicate aromas and flavors that can be found in wine while gently reducing the alcohol content. It’s crafted from 100% Tempranillo grown in the best soils of
La Mancha.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Bright ruby with violet highlights.

Nose: Aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry, and plum, accented by subtle notes of dried herbs, leather, and a touch of warm spice.

Palate: Medium-bodied and smooth, featuring layered red and dark fruit flavors supported by gentle tannins and a soft, rounded texture.

Finish: Very long and persistent, with lingering notes of ripe fruit, light spice, and savory undertones.
